my 2.4 km sucked. as in really. poof lah. i think i deproved, eventhough i wasnt very very tired like last year x/ (last year, by the third round, my vision was already reduced to a very convenient half. like i could only see the bottom and not the top. eeyeeer) still dunno if running first was good or no. and now, im like aching all over. poof. stupid lactic acid. it would be so great if it was those type of it-looks-like-its-going-to-rain-but-doesnt weather. i mean during that weather i ran 3 rounds round the track with no prob whatsoever.
