HELLLOZZZ...im feeling moody. dunno why. as i was going through my bio notes, i suddenly recalled the eeky moment during bio lesson on thursday...of all things, he decided to show us the anatomy of a mouse. as in a REAL life one. not one of those cartoonish pictures with the inaccurate drawings. i mean he actually showed us a before and after thingo. well, the mouse was pinned up on all four of its limbs and we got to see the anatomy of a mouse. it dosent help that we just had recess before that....poor mouse. i think someone should call the SPCA. i mean, those poor little lab mice just bred so that they can die in the hands of some experimenting scientist ??!?!?!??! thats so unfair. particularly since you only have ONE shot at life. sigh.. those mice would never get to know what the real world is like or say hi to their fellow mice outside of the four walls of the laboratory...
anyway, moving away from the moody topic, our bio teacher told us of two ways to make a mouse die quickly. one was putting it in a ziploc bag and die due to lack of oxygen...and the other was to stroke the mouse, pin it down, and jerk the tail upwards in a certain angle. its supposed to bread the mouse's spine and give it instant 'relief' and he told us about how he attempted that method the first time. needless to say, being the inexperienced person he was at that time, he ended up with a tail in one hand and a running mouse in the other... so much for lab coats and experiments...
now back to reality. that whole literature research thingo is giving me a horrible headache. (come to think of that, the last question for my maths 3.2 assignment gave me a horrible pulsating head cause i couldnt really figure out what went wrong...) i mean i spent the whole afternoon just trying to complete that thing. how unproductive. especially when there is a history SA on wed, letter writing SA on friday and a bio PT due sometime in the holidays. sigh...we people really don't have a childhood nowadays. all i can recall is loads of stuff from school and a couple of wonderful holidays... ah wells. íve been practicing piano. hopefully i dont do so badly as i did the other time for my practical. but honestly, this song is a WHOLE lot more difficult than the other one. anyways, i shall end here since my sister has been buggin me for the past half an hour to go play badminton...
